Last week on my Drapers blog I asked the question ‘What’s happening to email marketing?’
Prompted by the many discussions I had been having with marketers in the industry it was clear the trend for open and click through rates was a downhill one.
Shoppers are shopping around and as a consequence recieving more emails from retailers; Is email fatigue setting in and are they all samey samey?
